  1. Warm up everyday, Early in the morning to take a tranquil stroll with fresh cool wind.
  2. Join a `GYMNASIUM` to have toned muscles, Bi-saps and Tri-saps in order to have well build physique for enhancing the `Sex` drive in an opposite sex;
  3. Get rid from that `Obese` personality as it drives complications with cardiovascular diseases, etc;
  4. Drink plenty full of `Water` each day (at least) 20 glasses or 2 Jug full of it;
  5. If a `Men` is 6feet Tall then wearing a well groomed `Shirt and Trousers` will do wonders for him in every situation.
  6. Individual with a `Thin` and `Lean` personality could prefer `T-Shirts/Sweat Shirts`, etc;
  7. Have a balanced `Food Diet` and `Meditation` as per the requirement for calming one’s mind and to have a `Good Physique`;
  8. Slouch Attitude` and `Drowsiness or Laziness` shouldn’t be the part and parcel for any men concerning his personality (Fitness);
  9. Men` must relate themselves with sports as `Women` opposite sex fancy sporty dawn of skills or talents to efficiently understand the physical outlook in a men;
  10. Have no need for wearing any `Ornament` on belly or any other body organ as it’s only `Women bastion`.
  11. Apply sufficient amount of `Sunscreens/Lotions` if exposed to sun rays directly specially over the beach areas if you are having a `Masculine Physique` and expose body as much as possible.
