Apple Rabri

- 2 cups - milk
- 3/4 cup - grated apple
- 1/4 cup - sugar
- 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
- Ghee roasted almonds
- Heat the milk in a heavy bottomed pan and boil on a low flame until it reduces to half quantity.
- When the milk is reduced to half, add the sugar and cardamom powder and cook for a few minutes.
- Now add the grated apple and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate for some time.
- Serve it chilled.
