Mango Lassi is the perfect cooler on a hot day. You can add extra sweetness to it (if desired) with sugar or honey. If you are doing for children and want to avoid sugar, use unsweetened fruit juice or pulp. This recipe makes 4 glasses of lassi.

Put the yogurt, mango, ice and sugar / juice / pulp in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, top with a dollop of cream each and almonds and serve.

- 3 glasses of yogurt (use a glass that will serve the lassi in order to measure)
- 1 cup crushed ice (as above)
- 1 mature handle pieces of glass or paste
- Sugar to taste / unsweetened fruit juice or pulp
- 1 teaspoon for each cup sliced almonds
- A spoonful of heavy cream to each glass (optional)
